Our Client

A high growth technology business have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Tax Manager to join their team based in Dubai, UAE.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax compliance, planning, and advisory services across the UAE and KSA.
• Provide expert advice on Corporate Tax, VAT, and Transfer Pricing, ensuring adherence to local regulations and international tax standards.
• Handle cross-border tax matters, including structuring and ensuring compliance with applicable treaties and regulations.
• Conduct tax risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations in the UAE and KSA and ensure timely implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive tax solutions and support business objectives.
• Liaise with tax authorities (e.g. FATCA and ZATCA) and manage audits and disputes effectively.

 

Your Qualifications

• Proven working experience with both UAE and KSA tax matters
• Expertise in Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, and Cross-Border Tax regulations.
• Experience gained in the tax practice of a Big 4 or Big 10  (e.g., Grant Thornton, BDO) accounting firm is highly desirable.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CTA, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
