A leading organization in the cybersecurity sector, known for its commitment to safeguarding digital assets and ensuring compliance with global standards. The organization is currently seeking a Senior Manager Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Privacy (GRCP) to join their team and lead their cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Approve and communicate the Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Privacy plan.
• Oversee and ensure that governance documentation (policies, procedures, frameworks, etc.) are regularly reviewed and updated as needed.
• Conduct benchmarks to assess and improve the organization's capability maturity, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Review risk assessment reports and validate risk mitigation strategies.
• Set and maintain cybersecurity metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), to measure the effectiveness of security capabilities.
• Monitor and maintain required compliance certifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Professional certification such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CRISC are preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, codes of practice, and guidelines such as ISO27001, PCI-DSS, NCA, etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of risk assessment, mitigation, and management methods.
• Ability to work with organizational leadership to provide a comprehensive, organization-wide approach to addressing cybersecurity risk.
• Experience in facilitating internal and external cybersecurity audits and managing corrective actions.
