Our Client:

Our client, a leading automotive marketing place are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to Join their team in Dubai, UAE.

Within this role you will be a key player in interpreting data and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

You will work closely with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.

Your ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data and communicate these findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders will be essential to our success.

Your Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and finance) to define business objectives and translate them into data-centric projects and actionable insights.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify emerging trends, patterns, and potential opportunities to support business growth.
• Regularly provide updates and create reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing the leadership team to monitor performance and make informed decisions.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights on business metrics and operations.
• Work with both internal teams and external clients to deliver data-backed recommendations that drive operational efficiency and optimize the customer experience.
• Stay current on industry best practices, tools, and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence, and suggest new ways to improve our data capabilities.
• Be an advocate for data-driven decision-making, challenging assumptions and promoting the use of solid analytics in strategic business planning.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations across the organization.

• A proven background in data analysis and business intelligence, with strong experience working within digital or technology-driven businesses.
• Expertise in using SQL and other data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data and create insights.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sense of complex datasets, deriving business strategies from data.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A results-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet business objectives.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analysis or business intelligence role, preferably within an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree would be an advantage.
• Experience in the automotive or online marketplace sector
• Knowledge of data privacy standards and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with statistical software and advanced data analysis tools such as Python or R is a plus.
