Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Associate, Network Operations to lead and optimize our complex network infrastructure. This role demands deep expertise in Aruba wireless, Cisco UCS, OTV, and Nexus environments, driving stability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and manage advanced Aruba WLC configurations and troubleshooting.
• Lead Cisco UCS infrastructure design, deployment, and optimization.
• Expertly manage and troubleshoot complex Cisco OTV deployments.
• Design and maintain high-performance Cisco Nexus network environments.
• Develop and implement network automation and monitoring strategies.
• Drive network security initiatives and ensure compliance.
• Provide expert-level incident response and problem resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to network strategy.

Qualifications:

• 9-12 years of progressive experience in network operations.
• Expert-level knowledge of Aruba WLCs and wireless networking.
• Extensive experience with Cisco UCS design and management.
• Advanced proficiency in Cisco OTV implementation and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of Cisco Nexus architecture and configuration.
• Proven ability to automate network tasks and improve efficiency.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) highly preferred.
