Job Summary:

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Associate, Backup & Storage to lead and manage our enterprise backup and storage infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in multiple backup solutions and the ability to ensure data integrity and availability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
• Administer and optimize Networker, Avamar, Commvault, and Acronis backup environments.
• Develop and implement backup and recovery policies and procedures.
• Perform regular backup and recovery testing and validation.
• Troubleshoot complex backup and storage issues.
• Perform capacity planning and performance monitoring.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of experience in backup and storage administration.
• Extensive experience with Networker, Avamar, Commvault, and Acronis.
• Strong understanding of backup and recovery best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of storage technologies and concepts.
• Strong scripting and automation skills are a plus.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
