We are looking for an experienced SAP EHSM (Environmental Health and Safety Management) Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up and supporting SAP EHSM solutions to help our company follow environmental, health, and safety rules. You will also work to improve processes related to these areas. This role requires a strong knowledge of SAP EHSM modules, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well with different teams.

Responsibilities:
• Set up, configure, and support SAP EHSM solutions based on business needs.
• Design, test, and support projects related to SAP EHSM.
• Help create system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Work closely with business teams to understand their environmental, health, and safety needs.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to help users understand how to use SAP EHSM.
• Solve problems and fix issues related to SAP EHSM.
• Keep up with the latest industry trends, regulations, and updates to SAP EHSM features.
• Work with other SAP teams to integrate EHSM with other modules like SAP EHS, SAP PM, and SAP QM.
• Help manage projects related to the SAP EHSM implementation.
• Support the creation of reports, data analysis, and audits related to health, safety, and environmental compliance within SAP.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP EHSM, including knowledge of key EHSM modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP EHSM processes like Incident Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Compliance.
• Experience integrating SAP EHSM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP EHS, SAP PM, SAP QM).
• Good knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• SAP EHSM certification (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori (preferred)
