Are you a seasoned IT Project Manager with a strong background in Salesforce? We're looking for a dynamic Salesforce Project Manager to lead and drive success in our Salesforce projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Delivery: Create and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion of all project milestones.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and allocate necessary resources (both human and technical) across all phases.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce technical teams to monitor progress and assess work quality.
• Salesforce Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) to address both technical and functional project needs.
• Opportunity Management: Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional Salesforce services, including new modules and integrations.
• Scope Management: Handle change requests and ensure proper documentation of any scope adjustments.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and action plans.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

What You Bring:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally with Salesforce or CRM-related projects.
• Salesforce Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and budgets while delivering projects within scope.
• Change Management Expertise: Experience in handling change requests and maintaining project scope.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Strong skills in identifying risks and creating effective mitigation plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) and PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Confluence).
• Additional Skills: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, knowledge of Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, and a background in digital transformation or CRM projects are a plus.
