Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for firewall installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and maintain firewall performance to ensure optimal network security.
• Design, implement, and manage network security policies tailored to operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network security with operational goals.
• Conduct regular security assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures to enable knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience working with firewalls in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols, practices, and tools.
• Cloud experience is preferred, with a focus on secure infrastructure deployment.
• Relevant certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry operations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
