Our client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join their team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our real estate agents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training, preferably previous experience within real estate, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the luxury off plan and secondary real estate market.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new and existing sales team members.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are current and relevant.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to assess the impact of training initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
