The Medior CSV Analyst will take ownership of assigned validation projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will work on manufacturing and lab systems validation, supporting UCB’s IT Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform validation activities, including writing, reviewing, and executing test protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ/MQ).
• Ensure proper sequencing and completion of validation deliverables.
• Coordinate validation activities with business and IT teams.
• Manage deviations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support inspection/audit preparation and execution.
• Escalate critical issues to the IT Compliance Lead.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in CSV, IT compliance, or validation in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and GLP standards.
• Experience with validation in Manufacturing (PCS, SCADA, MES) or Laboratory (LIMS, ELN, CDS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
