Our ClientA leading real estate developer in the UAE have an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Manager - Financial Reporting and GL to join their finance team based in Dubai.
Your Responsibilities
• The Finance Manager is responsible for all the accounting functions business both financial accounting and management reporting
• Leads the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly statutory reports in accordance with IFRS
• Analysis of existing internal controls and recommendation / implementation of improvements
• Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Managing corporate tax and VAT returns in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Proactively drive improved MIS reporting with the assistance of the Management Accountants
• Oversees more junior staff, mentoring, developing, training. Working out a development plan for each of them.

Your Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (CPA/CMA/ACCA)
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in real estate, with a preference for candidates who have worked in complex family-run businesses or conglomerates.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and manage a diverse team.
