Job Title: Investment Manager – Real Estate

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly articulate and trustworthy Investment Manager to join our exclusive real estate investment team. This is a high-touch, commission-based role focused on building relationships with high-net-worth clientele. As an Investment Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your own lucrative business pipeline, create personalized marketing strategies, and work independently without the need to be in an office. You will also benefit from comprehensive training and ongoing support.
This role requires an individual who can cater to a sophisticated clientele seeking to access Real Estate investments in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with International high-net-worth clients, ensuring a highly personalized approach.
  • Meet with clients independently, with no requirement to work from the office.
  • Develop your own marketing strategies, with support from the in-house creative teams to drive sales.
  • Focus on managing a portfolio of clients, diversifying their investments.
Preferred Candidate Profiles:
  • Bilingual: Fluency in French/ German/ Spanish, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with European markets, especially UK.
  • Target Clientele: High-net-worth individuals with a focus on private investors.
  • Professional Attributes: Highly articulate, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining strong relationships with wealthy individuals.
  • Cultural Familiarity: Familiarity with European markets and the specific wealth management needs of clients in these regions who are seeking to invest in the Middle East.
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Previous experience in real estate investments, or wealth management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a respectful, patient approach to client relationships.
  • Ability to diversify the wealth portfolios of clients and wealth managers.
