Job Title: Infrastructure Specialist - System Administration/IT Service Management Band/Skill Level: 7 Sector: Industrial Industry: Chemical & Petroleum Location: Qatar (On-site) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Cisco switches and routers to ensure optimal network performance.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and MPLS networks, troubleshooting issues and minimizing downtime.

• Monitor network performance, utilizing tools to analyze traffic and identify potential bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with IT teams to support network-related projects and initiatives, offering technical guidance to team members and end-users.

• Document and maintain records of network activities and incidents to ensure consistency and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of networking.

• Expertise in configuring Cisco networking equipment, with sound knowledge of networking concepts.

• CCNA certification is mandatory.

• Must possess a valid driving license issued in Qatar.

Key Deliverables:

• Timely resolution of network-related issues.

• Regular maintenance and updates to network systems to ensure reliability.

• Comprehensive documentation for all network operations and incident handling.
