About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with over 5 years of experience in managing the functional design of information systems. You will play a key role in creating innovative features, improving system functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the preliminary analysis and design phases.
• Perform functional analysis and create functional designs.
• Develop new program requirements and specifications based on customer needs.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements and support upgrades.
• Coordinate with developers, business analysts, UX, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Write, prioritize, and oversee the implementation of user stories.
• Validate functional deliverables and support QA teams with test case preparation.
• Estimate workloads, manage timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing, manage bugs, and ensure timely delivery of features.
