Our Client

A high growth technology company have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join their finance team based in Dubai, UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial statements & monthly management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. 
• Lead on annual budgeting cycle & reforecasts and provide monthly analysis with value added input on P&L improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization within the finance department and implement best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
   

Your Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
• At least 5-8 years experience in finance. 
• Experience in a digital or subscription based business is advantageous.
• Demonstrable track record in process and system improvement.
• Strong communicator with confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders, particularly in Sales.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with superior analytical skills.
