Enterprise Architect ESS (m/f/d)
A leading organization in the telecommunications sector, known for its commitment to innovation and excellence in enterprise architecture. The organization is currently seeking an Enterprise Architect ESS to join their team and lead their technical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Experience and knowledge in architecture frameworks, especially TOGAF or Zachman.
- Hands-on experience in the architecture and business of ESS domain, including HR, Finance, supply chain/procurement, and other internal functions.
- Communicate applications roadmap with applications design, implementation, operation departments, and all responsible departments for compliance and alignment.
- Review technology sector project proposals to ensure no functional duplication or divergence from organization business and technology strategies.
- Assess the gaps between the As-Is and To-Be ESS architectures and define transition strategies and roadmap for addressing those gaps.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant Oracle or SAP certifications.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, especially in the ESS domain.
- Consulting and advisory background.
- Strong communicator, capable of advising senior stakeholders.
- Awareness of AI/ML and latest improvements and applications, especially in the ESS domain.
