Responsibilities:

• Understand and translate business needs into functional dashboard requirements.
• Conduct thorough business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement PowerBI dashboards and reports across multiple business functions.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across all reporting solutions.
• Continuously improve existing dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in DAX, M, and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical users.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience working in cross-functional business environments.
