Our Client:

Our client is seeking a Brand Manager to join their team. The Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of the social media strategy, driving creative writing for marketing communications, and providing art direction for social media content.

This role also plays a critical part in unifying the brand vision by creating and maintaining brand guidelines and communication frameworks.

These guidelines will guide not only the social and marketing teams but also the UX/UI team to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

The Brand Manager collaborates closely with social media, content, and design teams to enhance brand growth, elevate creative quality, and engage audiences across platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

Storytelling & Copywriting:
  • Develop compelling narratives and messaging to communicate the brand's value proposition effectively.
  • Craft engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce blogs, whitepapers, and case studies that align with brand messaging and industry trends.
Social Media Growth:
  • Drive growth across social media platforms by developing and executing innovative strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify brand visibility.
Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions
  • Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and automation strategies to enhance email performance.
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights.
Digital Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize digital advertising campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
  • Support the execution of SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and paid ad performance.
  • Monitor emerging digital trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
Content Marketing:
  • Plan and oversee content marketing initiatives that align with brand goals and engage the target audience.
  • Ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with brand tone and voice.
  • Manage content calendars and work with writers, designers, and videographers to create compelling materials.
Art Direction:
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and external agencies to ensure high-quality, visually consistent creative assets.
  • Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all platforms.
Brand and Communication Guidelines:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Brand Guideline Book and Communication Guideline Book to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Train teams and stakeholders on implementing the guidelines effectively.
UI/UX Recommendations:
  • Evaluate the product's user interface and user experience, providing actionable recommendations to align with brand positioning and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work with product teams to prioritize and implement UI/UX enhancements.
Community Management:
  • Oversee and refine community management processes to engage with our audience effectively, addressing feedback, resolving issues, and nurturing loyalty.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand management, copywriting, or marketing roles. 
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Understanding of art direction and design principles.
  • Expertise in email marketing, automation, and performance analysis.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and product development cycles.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing brand and communication guidelines.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
