Banking Business Analysis and Project Management (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with the relevant stakeholders;
- Conduct key business analysis and collect detailed requirements from all stakeholders, perform analysis and agree on the new design;
- Make recommendations to simplify and improve existing processes and procedures;
-For the new Use Cases/functionalities, setup the new process flow and procedures;
- Prepare the specifications of the new functionalities/processes, including for satellite applications;
- Prepare the list of data/information required to automate the workflows and analyze how to collect them (e.g. data transfer to Back Office system, or data extracted from other systems, etc.);
- Organize presentations to other Services in order to on-board new stakeholders/functionalities
- Together with IT, analyze and propose new technical facilities (i.e. API connector, electronic signature);
- Maintain and update the project documentation to reflect work completed/progress made and clearly identify existing or possible blocking points (e.g. constraints, risks, dependencies, etc.).
- Periodically prepare the status report for the senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digitalization and process management;
- Adequate relevant experience in Business Analysis and project management;
- Good knowledge and understanding of financial products (lending market) and relevant business processes (such as post-disbursement event processing).
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Good written communication and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
Technical award criteria
- Experience in financial industry (knowledge and understanding of financial products [lending market]
- Relevant experience as Business Analyst and Project Management
- Experience in business processes and draft of procedures
- Excellent English oral (min level B2) communication/presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint
