Our Client:

Our client a leading marketplace are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to join their team.

The B2B Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our dealer-focused marketing strategy. Our client requires someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and resilience in an industry where this approach hasn’t been done before.

This role requires a subscription business mindset, focusing on customer segmentation, continuous validation, and innovative marketing campaigns to drive dealer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Your Responsibilities:

Customer Profiling & Segmentation Validation:
  • Continuously validate & refine the B2B dealer segmentation based on behavioral and transactional data
  • Conduct regular market research & customer feedback loops to ensure our B2B marketing remains relevant & personalized.
  • Identify opportunities to tailor marketing messaging, offers, and touchpoints to different dealer segments
Understanding Dealer Needs & Optimizing the Experience:
  • Develop a deep understanding of dealership pain points, challenges, and motivations
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to enhance the dealer journey
  • Shape value-driven messaging that resonates with dealers of all sizes (independent, franchise, and large dealer groups)
Test, Learn & Iterate Growth Marketing Campaigns:
  • Implement a test-and-learn approach to marketing, constantly optimizing for engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Experiment with multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, direct outreach, referral programs, etc.)
  • Develop data-backed marketing playbooks that can scale dealer acquisition & retention efforts
Driving Creativity & Innovation in B2B Marketing:
  • Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to stand out in an industry where traditional marketing dominates
  • Conceptualize and execute creative subscription-focused campaigns that drive dealer sign-ups & loyalty
  • Craft compelling storytelling and content strategies that communicate our clients unique value to dealers.
Resilience & Adaptability in an Untapped Market:
  • Be comfortable navigating uncertainty—this level of data-driven B2B marketing in automotive is new, and there’s no blueprint.
  • Embrace an iterative approach to learning what works and what doesn’t
  • Have the grit & determination to pioneer marketing strategies in an industry that hasn’t seen this level of sophistication before.
Your Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation (preferably in a subscription-based business).
  • Proven success in driving customer segmentation, campaign testing, and continuous optimization
  • Deep understanding of customer profiling, behavioral analysis, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong analytical skills—can interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Creativity & experimentation mindset—willing to push boundaries and challenge traditional approaches
  • Resilience & adaptability—thrives in an environment where strategies need continuous evolution.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and performance tracking platforms.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, including blog writing, email marketing, and video marketing. 
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Experience in the automotive, marketplace, or SaaS subscription industries.
  • Background in growth marketing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of B2B lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
