Position: Junior Backup & Storage Engineer

As a Junior Backup & Storage Engineer, your goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our backup and storage systems. You will monitor infrastructures, follow up on incidents, and resolve issues to support our business objectives. Using your knowledge of backup, storage, automation, virtualization, networking, and security, you’ll contribute to building reliable, cost-efficient systems by designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable environments.

• Location: Leudelange, Luxembourg
• Contract hours: 40 hours
• Contract type: Permanent or Freelance
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1-3 years
• Languages: English required, French is a plus

You have experience with:

• Backup: Commvault and related management tools
• SAN: Brocade, Hitachi storage, and associated tools
• NAS: NetApp ONTAP (AFFxxxx), StorageGrid (SG6xxx), DELL EMC Isilon/PowerScale
• Disaster Recovery
• Scripting (Perl, Python, or Ansible): A plus
• Object storage (S3): A plus
• Superna Eyeglass DR: A plus
