Our Client
An established real estate investment firm have an opportunity for a Fund Accountant to join their team headquartered in Dubai on a 6 months contract.
Your Responsibilities
- Liaising with outsourced fund administrators, overseeing the NAV reconciliation process including review of investor statements and investor portal
- Oversight of all financial accounting processes for investment structures
- Liaising with industry partners where fund structures are co-managed to review financial statements, capital and income distributions
- Responding to investor queries and review of investor capital statements and other investor correspondence in coordination with the investor relations team
- Assist with regulatory reporting (DFSA, ADGM etc.) periodically
- Preparation and review of lender KYC requests
Your Qualifications
- A qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) with at least 6 years experience in Credit/Real Estate/Hedge Fund investment firm or a fund administrator
- Consolidation skills with strong knowledge of IFRS, SMAs and Shariah structures
- Excellent communication skills
