Position: Snow License Manager Specialist (CLEARSTREAM)
Location: Luxembourg


Responsibilities:
 Operate and evolve Snow License Manager platform and related integrations
 Participate in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the required infrastructure
 Develop functional specifications for the implementation of a given process framework in an existing tool environment, plan and support business acceptance tests of tools
 Ensure operational stability of the field of responsibility
 Perform incident and problem management including user support and vendor communication
 Create and maintain detailed documentation and procedures of the environment in all aspects of its utilization; ensure associated work in compliance with the documented procedures

Qualifications/required skills:
 5+ years of related business experience with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects and change initiatives
 Experience in implementation of Snow Software License Manager
 Knowledge of IT inventory tools such as SCCM/SMS, Microfocus uCMDB and corresponding integration with Snow License Manager
 Snow Software License Manager application architecture and security
 Practical knowledge with Windows and Linux/Unix servers, VMware, Oracle database, MS SQL
 Highly motivated and engaging nature, positively assertive
 Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability/flexibility
 Team player with excellent communication skills at different levels
 Proficiency in written and spoken English; German and/or French language skills would be an advantage
