Description

Responsible in configuring and managing the monitoring tools that will be used in all the infrastructure related ES systems. The role will integrate the new monitoring systems with the current BT operation Management systems  in  compliance  with  Business Technology  strategy. configure the event management to be integrated with Service Now, Integrate the operation management systems with Splunk to provide real time service performance dashboard.The role will be responsible to provide advance technical guidance in developing Configuration Management System (CMS) strategy, implement CMS, build end to end Service modelling for all Technology & Infrastructure Services and Orchestrate (Automate) Service Provisioning on day to day Operation Procedure.

Experience
The candidates should have 4 to 8 years’ Experience of managing and administrating Enterprise Service Management Systems in process driven, customer centric industries. They should be experienced in implementing Service Management processes and tools in the Enterprise, leveraging various service
management technologies in order manage the BT infrastructure and application environment and to provide a clear and effective information.

They should have strong experience and understanding in:
• Implementation of IT Service Management process.
• Implementation IT Service Management tools in Enterprise.
• Service Now Service management and operation management modules.

Skills
• Knowledge of the Aviation industry and aviation solution is preferable but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure Operation and Application Support.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure Operation and Application Support.
• SaaS (Box, Okta, Splunk, Service Now, Tableau).
• Enterprise Management tools like Service Now.

Qualification
• Degree Level or Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Computer Science or Computer Engineering field or equivalent field.
• ITIL V3 Service Operation Qualification are required.
• Certificate in ServiceNow system Admin.
