Role Description The Service Support Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our DeskSide and Help Lounge Support teams. The Administrator will handle: · telephone queries and emails · perform requests · workflow management · handle PC ordering · maintain records · Checking and processing all UK hardware requests (new starters, existing users new PCs / iPads) · Ensuring all data is correct before assigning requests to teams · PC and accessory ordering · Monitoring and replenishing UK hardware / accessory stock for Hubs / Lounges · Liaise with suppliers, obtaining quotes and information on orders · Provide updates to clients regarding their requests · UK contact for Lounge requests including changes to cost centre, refunds, cancellations · Sending supplier pricing for hardware to US team · Maintaining a spreadsheet of Windows 10 PC requests issued · Generating report of requests volumes Essential Skills · Good communication skills, both oral and written. · Numerate · Computer literate (mainly word processing, email, MS Office) · Good customer service skills and aptitude. · Good organisational skills · Able to work methodically and without supervision · Able to work to timescales and deadlines to meet demand · Attention to detail · Commercial experience working in an office environment Desirable Skills · Experience with Remedy or equivalent Incident Management software · CERPS Education · GCSE passes (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
