A global digital consultancy specializing in transformative solutions across various industries. The organization is currently seeking a Tech Content Strategist to join their team and drive content management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain content models, metadata schemas, tagging strategies, and taxonomies for CMS and DAM.
• Collaborate with UX, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to design content structures that balance business needs and user-centricity.
• Define metadata fields, templates, components, and content types within CMS and DAM platforms.
• Ensure alignment between CMS content structures and DAM asset management.
• Lead content audits and mapping exercises to transition existing content into newly defined structures.
• Establish governance and workflows for metadata management and content lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills: Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, information architecture, or related field.
• Strong understanding of CMS and DAM platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Expertise in metadata modeling, taxonomy development, and content structure.
• Familiarity with DAM best practices such as asset ingestion, versioning, rights management, and lifecycle workflows.
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable, user-centered content frameworks.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and content production workflows is a plus.
• Experience with metadata standards (Dublin Core, IPTC, Schema.org) is an advantage.
