We are Hiring: Solutions Lead - Kubernetes/OpenShift (Hybrid Role)

Join a dynamic and innovative company as a Solutions Lead in our Infrastructure Client Delivery team! In this role, you'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of container-based infrastructure solutions for our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize container infrastructure solutions (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Share best practices within the architect community and promote container solutions in various forums.
• Build and maintain highly scalable, reliable software and infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability principles from the design phase.
• Monitor and manage system performance, availability, and resilience in production.
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting practices to resolve issues before they impact users.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and minimize human errors.
• Support critical incident resolution and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and best practices.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters and application deployments.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitOps, and Helm.
• Experience with Kafka, Java, Python, and Bash (a plus).
• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Expertise with at least one public cloud provider (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
• Client-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexible, team player, well-organized.
• Fluent in English and French.
