The Solutions Architect Lead will spearhead business development, sales strategy, and team leadership to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, market insight, and strategic leadership to support our mission of empowering businesses with advanced AI and cloud solutions across the region.

Responsibilities:

? Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
? Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
? Develop strategies for lead generation, outreach, and conversion to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
? Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft and execute campaigns.
? Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
? Represent us at industry events to promote the company and identify leads.
? Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to senior management.
? Lead a team of solutions architects and pre-sales professionals to manage customer engagements.

Qualification

? Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus
? 5+ years in the cloud domain with a strong technical background.
? Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
? Proven expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and business development.
? Enterprise Architect certification (TOGAF/Zachman) is a plus
? Critical and strategic thinking with a focus on measurable outcomes.
? Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, balancing persistence with long-term strategy.
? Demonstrated success in building trust-based relationships with clients and teams
