Job Title: Solutions Architect and Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

Engagement Kick Off:

  • Lead kickoff meetings to align stakeholders.
  • Validate scope, establish project contacts, and define preparatory tasks.

Gather Detailed Requirements:

  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, constraints, and objectives.
  • Analyze findings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and update as needed.
  • Develop an engagement plan based on discovery insights.

Establish Design and Architecture:

  • Develop Architecture, High Level Design, and Low Level Design Documents.
  • Work closely with customer SMEs to validate requirements and ensure alignment.

Develop and Test:

  • Define log types, fields, enrichment elements, and data mapping for new schema.
  • Build draft Data Schema Document, test schema in a controlled environment, and evaluate performance impacts.

Deploy to Production:

  • Deploy new data schema, scripts, and integrations to production.
  • Validate performance in the production environment, review with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with use cases.

Staff and Solution Enablement:

  • Conduct training sessions on the new data schema and MITRE ATT&CK framework-aligned use cases.
  • Provide knowledge transfer sessions and customized training.

Customization Assurance:

  • Offer ongoing support and assurance services for customization, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Provide regular checks on customization relative to Corelight software releases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data schema design, deployment, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of network security monitoring principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA) are a plus.
