As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager, you’ll find yourself at the core of our global operations, overseeing SOC activities and collaborating with a talented, diverse team. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in managing and shaping our SOC, safeguarding our digital assets on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop SOC Strategy: Establish and implement a comprehensive SOC strategy to identify, prevent, and respond to cyber threats, ensuring the security of critical assets and data.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of SOC engineers and security analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Technology Management: Oversee and maintain security tools and technologies, ensuring the organization stays ahead of emerging threats with advanced solutions.
• Incident Management: Design and continuously improve incident management processes to minimize the impact of security incidents.

Requirements:

• Extensive Experience: Over a decade of work experience with significant time spent in SOC management, demonstrating a strong understanding of incident response and continuous monitoring.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SOC workflows, SIEM tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team, particularly under high-pressure situations.
• Relevant Certifications: Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly valued.
• Communication: Strong ability to convey complex security concepts to a range of stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Additional Considerations:

• Experience in areas such as development, system administration, network/cloud security, or security research is advantageous.
