We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee application support for our client, eu-LISA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management (ITIL) and experience in managing support tickets and incidents. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as the role involves direct interaction with the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize application support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and issues.
  • Oversee the incident management process, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
  • Maintain strong communication with the client, providing regular updates and reports on service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices in service management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure the stability of applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar role managing application support.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including incident management and RCA.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with application support in a complex technical environment is a plus.
