Mandatory Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Alternatively, in the absence of a relevant degree, at least 7 years of demonstrated equivalent professional experience.

Mandatory Experience

• 7 years of experience in business requirement elicitation & modeling.
• Experience in at least 3 projects related to business requirement, testing, or project management.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
• Knowledge of English (French is an advantage).
• Understanding of the Bank’s financial products (Loans, Equity, Guarantee).
