Job Title:Senior NetSuite Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a small, agile team of technology experts, internal subject matter experts (SMEs), and external implementation partners. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to implement NetSuite, HubSpot CRM, and Zenda Payment solutions across our school network, ensuring smooth integration and deployment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, results-driven project manager who excels in complex, fast-paced environments and has extensive experience managing multiple interdependent technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the project scope, deliverables, outcomes, and benefits.
• Lead the daily project execution, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans covering requirements, design, build, testing, training, pilot, and rollout phases.
• Establish governance frameworks for NetSuite and its integrated systems.
• Oversee post-go-live activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage both internal and external resources, including vendors and consultants.
• Proactively address risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions (RAIDD).
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on any deviations.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring deliverables meet project goals.
• Lead governance meetings, including steering committees, stand-ups, and working groups.
• Provide regular status updates and highlight reports to stakeholders.

Project-Specific Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth data integration and flow between Oracle NetSuite, HubSpot CRM, and Zenda Payment Gateway.
• Lead cross-project testing efforts to validate system functionality.
• Develop user training materials and documentation to ensure high adoption and operational effectiveness.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Extensive experience managing end-to-end NetSuite implementations, particularly in finance modules (accounting, financial reporting, PtP, OtC).
• Strong knowledge of financial processes (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, revenue recognition).
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-phase technology projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in creating and executing training plans, onboarding resources, and adoption strategies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across finance, IT, and vendor teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both senior leadership and operational teams, providing updates and progress reviews.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, including contract management and performance evaluation.
• Proficient in preparing executive-level presentations and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
