A high growth technology company have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Reporting and Systems Specialist to join their finance team based in Makkah, KSA.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports
• Liaise with auditors and implement recommendations to improve financial reporting and controls.
• Managing and enhancing financial systems, and overseeing the automation and quality assurance processes
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for financial data and reporting.
• Review the monthly and annual tax returns for VAT, WHT, Zakat, and Income tax to ensure accuracy and compliance

Your Qualifications

• At least 6-8 years experience in finance. Big 4 background is preferred. 
• Professional accounting qualification is required (eg – ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Experience within the technology sector and/or a listed company is desirable
• Strong understanding of financial terminology, banking transactions, IFRS and accounting principles
• Experience with VAT and its impact on business operations (eg – invoicing, payments, etc)
• Strong communicator with confidence in interacting with and responding to a variety of third parties (eg – banks, finance departments, Regulators, etc)
• Strong attention to detail coupled with superior analytical skills
