Your Role

As a Senior Developer, you’ll report to the IT Software & Planning Manager and take on responsibilities such as:
• Crafting technical solutions through feasibility studies and functional analysis.
• Designing, maintaining, and enhancing development standards and applications.
• Collaborating with architects and infrastructure teams to create secure, optimized solutions.
• Driving Agile methodologies while ensuring high-quality coding, documentation, and testing practices.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone with:
• 5–10 years of experience in software development within an OO context.
• Strong expertise in full-stack development and technologies like Delphi, .Net, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• A deep understanding of SDLC, design patterns, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Professional proficiency in French or Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in the Insurance industry (Life Insurance) is a plus.
