Halian are currently looking for a Senior Consultant who be responsible for end-to-end implementations of Employee Central Success Factors for our client within the IT Consultancy industry.- Expertise in end-to-end implementations of Employee Central.
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (latest certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of HRIS, time management, and global HR compliance.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 end-to-end implementation projects.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 1 month are preferred.
