Your responsibilities:? Compliance Risk Assessment and Compliance Monitoring Plan: - Maintain and enhance over time a global methodology for the Compliance Risk Assessment and controls for ICBC (Europe) S.A. and ICBC Luxembourg Branch; - Perform the annual Risk Assessment and coordinate with the European branches of ICBC Europe S.A.; - Prepare the risk-based Compliance Monitoring Program of ICBC (Europe) S.A. and ICBC Luxembourg Branch in coordination with a dedicated control team, for the definition of controls and coordination with the European branches of ICBC (Europe) S.A.; - Participate to the performance of planned controls; - Ensure and coordinate the follow-up of recommendations; - Inform the Management regarding the status of controls and results. ? Miscellaneous - Contribute to periodic reporting issued by the Compliance Department for various Stakeholders (internal or external); - Provide compliance advice to departments of the Bank.; - Control that compliance requirements are properly implemented within the Bank by reviewing and providing feedback on policies and procedures; - Participate to ad hoc regulatory projects.
Your profile:
? Master degree in Law, Finance or Business Management or other relevant area; ? Fluent in English both spoken and written. Mandarin and/or another EU language would be an asset; ? Minimum 5 years’ experience in Compliance, Legal or Audit, ideally within an international bank or a financial institution in Luxembourg; ? Good risk analytical skills in corporate banking business and good knowledge in performance of compliance control; ? Good knowledge of the European and Luxembourg regulatory requirements including AML/CTF regulations; ? Excellent analysis and synthesis skills; ? Sense of initiative with ability to work autonomously and capacity to provide transversal support to the team; ? Good communication skills, adaptability, professionalism and team spirit; ? Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel PowerPoint).
