We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CMDB Architect to join our client a European Institution in Luxembourg.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate and reliable data for IT service management.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the 
CMDB, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of CMDB solutions, including data 
integration and automation.
• Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of CMDB data through regular audits and updates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT service management, infrastructure, and 
application teams to ensure the CMDB supports their needs.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CMDB.
• Compliance: Ensure the CMDB complies with relevant regulations and standards.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the CMDB.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT service management, with at least 3 years in a CMDB architect role.

Skills
•  Strong knowledge of CMDB design and architecture.
•  Experience with CMDB tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Atrium, or similar.
•  Excellent data management and analytical skills.
•  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Certifications: ITIL certification is preferred.
