We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Consultant with ServiceNow expertise to lead the definition and modeling of unified processes and golden rules across IT, HR, Facilities, and Finance domains. This role requires strategic leadership to drive convergence and establish a unified service desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and modeling of cross-functional processes and golden rules to align IT and business functions.
• Facilitate high-level workshops with stakeholders to achieve consensus on frameworks and service desk unification.
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow, ensuring the platform supports unified processes effectively.
• Deliver strategic recommendations and oversee the project roadmap to meet milestones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in business process consulting with proven leadership in complex projects.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow and its application in process convergence projects.
• Strong background in one or more domains: IT, HR, Facilities, or Finance.
• Excellent analytical and process modeling skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
