Senior Associate - Network Operations (m/f/d)

A global financial institution offering a broad range of services, including investment, corporate, and private banking, as well as asset management. The organization is currently seeking a Senior Associate - Network Operations to lead and optimize its complex network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, implement, and manage advanced Aruba Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Lead Cisco UCS infrastructure design, deployment, and optimization.
  • Expertly manage and troubleshoot complex Cisco Overlay Transport Virtualization (OTV) deployments.
  • Design and maintain high-performance Cisco Nexus network environments.
  • Develop and implement network automation and monitoring strategies.
  • Drive network security initiatives and ensure compliance.
  • Provide expert-level incident response and problem resolution.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to network strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 9-12 years of progressive experience in network operations.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Aruba WLCs and wireless networking.
  • Extensive experience with Cisco UCS design and management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Cisco OTV implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Deep understanding of Cisco Nexus architecture and configuration.
  • Proven ability to automate network tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) highly preferred.
