We are seeking a highly experienced Security Operations Manager to join our client’s security team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security operations plans, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the highest level of cybersecurity compliance and defense against emerging threats. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security operations plans to ensure robust security practices.
• Manage and maintain relationships with end customers, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation.
• Implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends to proactively address and mitigate potential risks.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of security controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and oversee Security Operation Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices.
• Provide comprehensive progress reports to clients, highlighting assumptions and dependencies clearly and concisely.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of security leadership experience.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining security systems and protocols.
• Strong understanding of modern security concepts and how to apply them in a corporate environment.
• Experience in Security Operations Management and GRC frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and develop a complete understanding of overall solutions, architecture, technology aspects, and respective stakeholders.
