We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Internal Manufacturing Digital team as the SAP S/4 Manufacturing Domain Lead.
In this role, you will drive and oversee the migration of our SAP ECC manufacturing, warehouse, and maintenance domains to SAP S/4 HANA as part of Project Unity.
 

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4 transition for the Global Manufacturing organization, ensuring successful user adoption and business process execution post-Go Live.
• Coordinate the project team through the following phases:
  • Process design: Identify fits/gaps, approve the To-Be solution, assess the impact (including integration with other digital solutions), document process flows and user requirements.
  • Data migration, testing (including integration), training, user access management, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Oversee project coordination with corporate leaders and workstream leads, focusing on planning, status updates, reporting risks/issues, and tracking mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholders, communication, and change management.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SAP S/4 HANA implementations in the manufacturing sector.
• Experience in Biopharma manufacturing.
• Expertise in Project and Change Management.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., SAP BI, Power BI, QlikSense).
• Fluency in French and English.
• Certification in PMI project management or equivalent is a plus.
