Job Opportunity: SAP Data & Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of SAP data and analytics experts, offering support and development opportunities.
- Solution Design: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP data and analytics solutions, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Data Services.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, define project requirements, and create comprehensive data and analytics strategies.
- Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert advice on data governance, management, and analytics best practices.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to enhance client solutions.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
- Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all data and analytics initiatives comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in SAP data and analytics, with a focus on SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Data Services.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing SAP projects from start to finish.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and analytics principles.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
- Languages: Fluency in French or Dutch is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Work in local, national, and international settings.
- Contribute to defining and executing digital strategies to enhance marketing, sales, and service experiences.
