Your Role:

• Clients: Work with Belgian and international clients to address their challenges in Marketing, Sales, and Service, and help them leverage digital solutions.
• Responsibilities: Manage a project stream, coordinate with team members, and handle various phases of digital transformation projects using Salesforce, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the business by supporting proposal development and providing ongoing client support.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 4 years in a technical or functional role with multiple project implementations.
• Skills: Solid knowledge of CRM processes, the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, and experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
• Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, teamwork, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for working in diverse environments.
• Languages: Dutch is mandatory. French and English are a plus. 
• Technologies: Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, or Oracle is beneficial.
