1. Maintain cordial relationship with all existing customers and grow the business
2. Add new customers by prospecting at least 4 new Corporate Accounts every week
3. Regularly contact the Key Customers, Distribution Channel partners and ensure that there is constant flow of business
4. Actively get involved in Business Development and ensure sustained growth in business
5. Maintain Customer Database and ensure effective Customer Relationship Management
6. Ensure achievement of targeted Topline Revenue
7. Ensure achievement of the Gross Margin targets
8. Assist the Accounts Department with follow up on receivables as and when required
9. Strictly adhere to the Credit Policy of the Company
10. Assist the General Manager in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan and Sales Forecast
