We are looking for an experienced Reporting & Data Lead to oversee data management and reporting operations. You will ensure data quality, optimize analytical processes, and coordinate with business, IT, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee market, activity, and patient data.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and dashboard development.
• Coordinate analytics and business teams to align strategies.
• Implement data governance to ensure compliance and standardization.
• Enhance data architecture in collaboration with IT teams.
Profile & Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data management, reporting, or analytics, ideally in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Qlik, and CRM data models.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required, French is a plus.
