A leading organization specializing in innovative solutions across various industries, currently seeking a Release Train Engineer to manage and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Agile Framework Expertise: Ensure the Agile Release Train (ART) adheres to Agile principles, frameworks, and processes.
  • Release Train Orchestration: Orchestrate and facilitate ART events, including Program Increment (PI) Planning.
  • Facilitation and Communication: Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operation of ART events and practices.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on ART performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Servant Leadership: Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering collaboration and self-management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and processes.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in servant leadership and coaching Agile teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussions and report on progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
