Job Title: Manager - Quality & RIsk Management
Location: Dubai
Job Summary: 
To overseeing and driving quality and continuous improvement initiatives across our diverse business lines, including security services, manpower outsourcing and recruitment services, and facility management. It plays a crucial role in obtaining stakeholder feedback, implementing quality improvement processes, and positioning We One for recognition through quality awards. To Draft and improve policies and procedures, fostering continuous improvement, managing ISO certification efforts, and building a top-quality management model.


Key Responsibility:


1.    Design, maintain a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan to ensure readiness and resilience in the face of potential service disruptions and plan an overall risk management process for the We One.
2.    Develop and refine the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management program to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across all service areas. 
3.    Lead re-engineering initiatives that streamline operations, improve client service delivery, and increase overall business efficiency. 
4.    Perform regular assessments of business operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and industry best practices. 
5.    Manage both internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and other compliance benchmarks relevant to the industry. 
6.    Oversee the resolution of audit findings and the implementation of corrective actions in a timely manner. 
7.    Draft, evaluate, and revise We One policies and procedures to ensure robust governance and compliance with all regulatory requirements and ensure are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization. 
8.    Identify and drive processes improvements to control operation costs and improve operational and functional effectiveness of We One and advise on any potential risks to the profitability or existence of the company.
9.    Lead the initiative to obtain and maintain ISO certifications, overseeing all aspects from documentation to staff training and audit facilitation. 
10.    Integrate ISO quality management principles into the fabric of the organization's operations. 
11.    Implement the Risk Internal Controls Standard (RICS) framework to ensure robust internal controls and risk management practices and support departmental risk champions, fostering a risk-aware culture.
12.    Conduct various surveys to assess client satisfaction, employee engagement, other stake holder satisfaction and service quality along with manage a mystery shopper program to identify opportunities for service enhancement. 
13.    Drive the company's participation in excellence awards, showcasing our commitment to top-tier service delivery and operational quality. 
14.    Develop and implement a quality management model inspired by the EFQM, ensuring a structured approach to achieving sustainable excellence. 
Technical Competency

•    Quality - Process Improvement & Innovation – 
o    Knowledge of Quality Standards : Provides recommendations about current quality standards that can be enhanced across DP World and presents a business case to management to adopt new standards.
•    Quality / Data Analysis - Data Management & Analysis
o    Using Systems to Record Data : Leads the implementation of new practices around entering, transcribing, recording, storing, and maintaining technical related information, in written or electronic format.
o     Using Data to Analyze Performance : Mentors and guides others to create and analyze performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the department.
o    Interpreting Data Analyses : Provides expertise in data analysis by auditing performance reports and ensuring that findings on asset performance, reliability and areas for improvement are logical and sound.
Quality / Data Analysis - Data Management & Analysis
o    Using Systems to Record Data : Leads the implementation of new practices around entering, transcribing, recording, storing, and maintaining technical related information, in written or electronic format.
•    Project Management - Project Management
o    Project Planning : Clearly defines time frame standards, guiding others to accurately predict timelines and costs to ensure appropriate planning and satisfaction.
o    Project Delivery : Serves as an expert with managing complex projects to successfully exceed goals and objectives.
o    Monitoring Progress : Keeps relevant stakeholders informed of project status and progress toward milestones.
