Roles and Responsibilities:
- Share relevant documentation and reports with project teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Provide information and regular support to stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities and resolve issues as they arise.
- Ensure that resources and equipment are consistently available to support project needs.
- Provide assistance to project managers and business leaders when requested.
- Maintain thorough project documentation to support project tracking and reporting.
- Create and distribute project reports for clients and management to communicate progress and status.
- Track project progress and ensure all activities are completed on time.
- Monitor project schedules and coordinate activities regularly to identify any delays or deviations.
- Attend project meetings and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure accountability.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on change management, order management, and document control activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of healthcare industry best practices.
- In-depth understanding of project scope, timeframes, costs, and expected outcomes.
- Familiarity with formal escalation and review processes.
- Knowledge of project management frameworks, documentation standards, and processes.
- At least 3 years of experience working on various projects.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
