Product Owner

• Deep knowledge of Product Management with proven experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Driven by the desire to automate and scale operations.
• Exceptional communication skills with strong customer satisfaction acumen.
• Ability to understand domain-specific topics and their impact on team success.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in project initiatives and designs.
• Study the space to gain an understanding of the needs.
• Maintain proactive asynchronous communication with stakeholders.
• Establish strong partnerships and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Create an operational product roadmap aligned with well-defined objectives.
• Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap.
• Write user stories, acceptance tests, and release plans.
• Follow progress during sprints and address production issues.
• Report to C-level executives.
• Improve collaboration and remove friction within the team.
• Write high-level technical documentation.
• Promote a positive, productive engineering culture focused on best practices and experimentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role.
• Experience with infrastructure projects, specializing in load balancing and firewalls.
• Strong leadership abilities and vision creation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver common goals.
• Creative mindset and familiarity with HMW concepts, Statement Sketch, and Diagram.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of minimum marketable features and minimum viable product.
• Comfortable with remote and asynchronous work.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Motivation to deliver high-quality solutions quickly.
